Rule 2.5. Clubs
Blue Book 2026, Part 2, Rule 2.5 · Supplementary Rules
In plain English
The HPA is an affiliation of clubs; duties are in Annex F.
- The HPA is an affiliation of clubs rather than a club with members of its own, which is why you join a club and the HPA separately.
- What a club takes on by affiliating - the responsibilities of a club - is set out on its own, in Annex F of the Blue Book, rather than in the playing rules.
The published wording of this one runs to a couple of sentences, so rather than reprint it: read rule 2.5 in the Blue Book 2026.
