Do not get off. If you are off, you are out of the game.
- You may not get off without good reason.
- A player who is off may not hit the ball and may not interfere with the game at all - so stopping it, blocking it or moving it is a foul, however helpful it looks.
The published wording of this one runs to a couple of sentences, so rather than reprint it: read rule 21 in the Blue Book 2026.
