Four players, one goal mouth, 60 yards. The defence has to cover the shot and the follow-up at the same time.
The key points
- Two ride the hitter, from either side of the goal mouth.
- One sits on the goal line for anything that squeezes through.
- The fourth marks their 1 — the loose man behind is what actually scores.
